Amanda Goldfarb MD
Dr. Amanda Goldfarb is a compassionate and experienced Geriatric physician with 13 years of expertise in managing highly complex health issues of elderly patients. She has a strong background in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a focus on geriatric syndromes, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Dr. Goldfarb graduated from the University of South Carolina Family Medicine residency program and Geriatric fellowship. She is board-certified in both these specialties along with years of experience as a hospice medical director. She has shown leadership in developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, enhancing patient quality of life, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Dr. Goldfarb expertly guides patients and their families through complex decision-making, ensuring that care plans align with individual values, preferences, and goals of care.
About Me
I was born and raised in South Florida and desperately miss the beaches towards the end of the Maryland winters. I enjoy watching all sports- I am a big Washington Capitals fan and Florida Gators fan. I love to do yoga, take long walks with our dog, and hike on a beautiful day. I am married and we have three beautiful boys. They make me proud and keep me on my toes. I teach them to be kind and respectful of others especially those in their older years. This is what I pride myself to be- not only a great listener and diagnostician- but a COMPASSIONATE individual. I love what I do and it shows.

Initial Comprehensive Visit Fee of $2500

Genetic swab with GeneSight to assess your unique gene metabolism for the most commonly used medications

Follow up visit and/or phone call to review results and plan of care
Membership Annual Fee of $6000

Up to 22 in home visits a year excluding the initial comprehensive visits
